Sports has always been a big part of my family so it wasn’t really hard for me to get into fitness… former basketball player (power forward) with my 6’1 frame and broad shoulders! I always had a passion for helping others and after leaving college I was kind of confused as to what I really wanted to do.  I decided to get into modeling and after pursuing it for almost 3 yrs and really never going anywhere I knew I needed something else. I was introduced by a close cousin of mine named Nikki to a lady I’ll never forget named Bena Klier Bouler (July 2006) and at the time when I met her I was only dropping in to try out one of her classes that my cousin was always talking about.  After visiting her that one time I was immediately hooked and a month into me being with her as a client I soon began assisting her in instructing her cardio classes… she took me under her wing and I became her shadow as she mentored me and developed me for more than 4yrs into the trainer I am today… she helped me in so many ways and I acknowledge her every chance I get to, because of what she poured into my life
