My name is Brooke James, I am 26 years old, and I was born and raised in LaGrange, GA. I graduated from Troup High School in 2016. After high school, I started my college journey at the University of West Georgia to study business management. After graduating college in 2020, I got married to my high school sweetheart Cameron James and started working as a purchasing specialist for Hyundai Transys. In my free time I am hanging out with my black lab Railee, doing home renovation projects with my husband, and building memories with my family.

About Brooke James

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

My parents Glen and Sandi Robinson moved to Georgia in 1995 (two years before I was born) Since we left our California family behind, my brother Brent and my parents were the family members I spent the most time with growing up. Our Georgia family has grown tremendously over the past few years. My husband’s family and my brother’s wife’s family play a huge role in our lives today. Cameron and I hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year and we had so much fun getting everyone together.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

I am a Purchasing Specialist for Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain. I love being able to work for a company that takes such good care of its employees and makes me feel like I am a part of a work family.

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Listen and love. Let everything you say or do spark interest for people to get closer to Jesus. When you make mistakes in life, recognize it and face it with grace. Be kind to yourself and others.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

Living out my faith more, being a mom, growing in my career, discovering more of my purpose.
